How Kiss Cam AI handles photos, videos, accounts and payment records.

Last updated: 2026-10-19

Kiss Cam AI is the service available at kisscamai.org.

Data and purposes

We process account identifiers, names and email addresses; your two uploaded photos and their assigned roles; generated video, task status and provider references; consent declarations and safety decisions; credit, subscription and order records; and support messages. Security and operational records may include request times, IP addresses and browser information. These data support authentication, generation, delivery, safety checks, billing, support and applicable recordkeeping duties. The service is for adult users uploading a photo of themselves or another adult who has explicitly agreed to appear in the requested AI-generated video. You must have the right to use the photo and inform that person about the processing described here.

Providers and processing

When generation is enabled, APIMart receives both reference photos, personalized reference images, the template motion video and generation instructions through temporary signed links. GPT Image 2 prepares the reference images and Seedance 2.0 Fast generates the video. Downstream model providers may process these inputs. See APIMart's privacy policy. Cloudflare provides hosting, private storage and automated checks of photos, sampled video frames and audio when present; see its privacy policy and Workers AI data information.

When checkout is enabled, the provider identified at checkout (Stripe or Waffo, where available) processes payment details in its interface. We retain transaction references and billing status, not full card numbers. See Stripe's privacy policy. See Waffo's privacy policy. Providers may process data outside your country. Their own terms govern their processing and retention; we do not promise restrictions on their training or retention that those terms do not provide.

Private files and deletion

Photos and archived videos are held in private storage. Provider photo links expire after up to 30 minutes and may stop working sooner when the task state changes; expiry does not delete the underlying file. Playback and downloads require the owning account and current approval. Deleting a finished task revokes access and schedules removal of its tracked media; storage cleanup can take additional time. It does not remove copies already downloaded or held by providers.

Photos that have not been attached to a generation task become eligible for automatic cleanup after 24 hours. Cleanup may take longer during service interruptions. Photos attached to unresolved tasks are kept for recovery; this rule does not expire your completed videos.

Browser storage and sign-in

Essential cookies support sessions and language preferences. A local photo draft can be retained in browser storage for recovery through login, with a 30-minute reuse limit; stale bytes may remain until cleanup or browser data is cleared. A same-tab task checkpoint prevents accidental resubmission. If Google sign-in is enabled and selected, Google provides your identifier, email and available profile information for authentication, not access to Gmail or Drive. Optional analytics, if enabled, may record visits and product actions; applicable consent choices must be respected.

Our own analytics uses random browser and session identifiers to connect public-page visits, create clicks, local photo selection, upload starts and download clicks. These observations can be linked to a signed-in generation task to count server-confirmed results. Analytics does not include the photo, its filename, face data, email, payment details or full query strings. The browser visitor identifier expires after 90 days; a session expires after 30 minutes of inactivity. Raw traffic and action records become eligible for scheduled removal after 90 days; aggregate reports may be retained. We respect your analytics consent choice and stop new collection when you reject it. This collection does not use GA4 or Plausible.

Retention and requests

Records are kept as needed for delivery, safety, support, accounting and legal duties. We do not promise that every file is deleted after a fixed number of days. Download work you wish to keep. Contact us to request access, correction, export or deletion, or to raise a privacy or consent concern. We may verify ownership; dispute records, backups and provider copies may require separate handling. We will explain relevant limitations. No online service can guarantee absolute security. Material changes will update this page and be communicated when appropriate.
